Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 days business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 (working) days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Return and Refund:
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of dispatch.
We accept the return of most goods, with the exception of intimate items, within 30 days for an exchange.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings or pierced goods for hygiene reasons. We cannot accept any items that have been engraved, personalized or altered.
All of our products have their dimensions clearly stated. When it comes to intimate items (earrings), please ensure that you have checked the dimensions of the earring and of your ear. We are not responsible for accepting returns of items that do not fit.
Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Please note: We ask that you contact us by email: hello@zuzujewellery.com to organise a return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All items must be returned in a padded envelope to prevent damage to the goods and we advise that you send this by signed for/tracked delivery at your own cost.

Ring Sizes
The UK uses a system of letters, plus a fraction - e.g. a, a 1/2, b etc. The closer the letter to the end of the alphabet, the larger the ring size. Once you get to 'z', the UK ring sizes start adding on extra sizes with a '+' symbol followed by a number - e.g. z+3, z+3.5 etc. Note that this system is also used in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa

US & Canadian Ring Sizes
You might also come across US ring sizes, which are also used in Canada. These are made up of numbers only, starting at '0000', '000', '00', '0', '1/2', '3/4' '1'; going up to '13.5'. The US system of ring sizes goes smaller than the UK, covering sizes all the way down to 31.33mm in circumference. However, the UK system covers larger sizes at the opposite end of the scale.
Asian Ring Sizes
The Asian ring size is used across the entire continent, including India, China and the Middle East (though not Hong Kong, confusingly!). This scale is also used in some South American countries such as Peru and Bolivia. It's the simplest to figure out as it's literally just a case of counting up 1, 2, 3 - there's no fractions or letters to deal with! However, this means it covers fewer sizes than some of the other scales.
Please Note: the best time of day to measure is in the evening, when your fingers are largest. Avoid measuring when you’re cold, as fingers are at least half a size smaller.

PIERCING GUIDE

We generally cater to the following piercings:
1. STANDARD LOBE
The most common piercing - a single hole in each earlobe
2. HELIX
A cartilage piercing at the top of the ear
3. FORWARD HELIX
A cartilage piercing at the front of the ear
4. ROOK
A piercing in the thick fold of cartilage on the upper inside of the ear (see diagram)
5. DAITH
A cartilage piercing between the rook and ear canal
