Return and Refund Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return for a refund within 30 days of dispatch, this does not include intimate items. Items must be returned in their original sale condition.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings or pierced goods for hygiene reasons. We cannot accept any items that have been engraved, personalised or altered.
All of our products have their dimensions clearly stated. When it comes to intimate items (earrings), please ensure that you have checked the dimensions of the earring and of your ear. We are not responsible for accepting returns of items that do not fit.
Please note: We ask that you contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All items must be returned either in the box it arrived in or a padded envelope to prevent damage to the goods.
If you are returning an item that is damaged or faulty, we will provide you with a return label. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind you will need to cover return postage costs.
Please include a note with your name and order number with your return. All returns should be sent to: ZUZU PO BOX 9700, POOLE, BH15 9JG.
