Now that a sense of normality is resuming, this can end up feeling a tad overwhelming and can sometimes mean that self care can end up taking a back seat. Put yourself first this month and celebrate you, do some simple practices to feel energised and zen again and love the skin you're in.
This Friday evening, love yourself first. If you're in need of a little me time then put a face mask on, grab a fresh pair of pyjamas, run a hot bath, order your favourite food and dance the night away in your lounge or even light some candles and practice a yoga flow to fully re-align your chakras. Keeping a self love journal can also be an amazing way for goddesses to keep track of their progress and write the things which they love about themselves.
Of course, self care can also mean dressing up, donning your favourite outfit and pieces of jewellery and grabbing a cocktail or 2 with some long lost friends. Opting for an evening out with your friends can really boost your mental wellbeing and getting dressed up and feeling your best is a great way to celebrate you.
